ABOUT

For the past 25 years I have had the fortune of working for some of the leading giftware and stationery companies as either their Creative Director or Director of Product Development (or both!). And my creative, out-of-the-box thinking and ability to spot trends has led to many successful product lines.

Although having lived in California for most of my life, I'm still a New Englander at heart. Growing up in Marshfield, Massachusetts, a small beach town south of Boston allowed for a wonderful childhood filled with exploration and creativity.

Earning a BFA in Painting from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, I was then off to Boston where I met my husband Bill. While in Boston, I started my career as a Product Developer at Graphique de France a publisher of fine art. In 1996, we moved to Los Angeles where I continued developing products for top gift and stationery companies like Colors by Design, Michel and Company and Santa Barbara Design Studio.

Now with two beautiful daughters, a dog and a cat, we live in the pastoral Santa Susanna Mountains northwest of Los Angeles. I'm still always making something and jotting down ideas... and I also love trail running, and cooking for a host of friends.
